Made with grapes from different blocks, although the core of the wine comes from a parcel planted in 1972, this is an assertively wooded, still youthful expression of Chenin Blanc.
The palate boasts a slightly honeyed texture and fine depth, revealing touches of honeycomb and spice on the complex finish that lingers in the mouth. This is an excellent Chenin Blanc.

Right back on form in 2022, DeMorgenzon's Reserve Chenin Blanc is rich, full-bodied but very well balanced, showing restrained 10% new wood, peach, yellow apple and citrus zest flavours.
