Een unieke collectie New Make Spirits die door middel van traditionele distillatietechnieken uit de 1920's zijn gemaakt. Zes vooruitstrevende nieuwe distilleerderijen, namelijk Ardnamurchan, Dornoch, Holyrood, InchDairnie, Lochlea en een naamloze boerderijdistilleerderij in het hart van Fife (Daftmill) , hebben in samenwerking met James Eadie deze bijzondere nieuwe distillaten geproduceerd, elk geïnspireerd door het historische handboek The Distillation of Whisky, 1927-1931.
