Neus: Ziltig, gedroogd fruit met fijne rook boven in de neus. Gerookte vis met meer warme kruiden. Donker en mysterieus.
Smaak: Gepoetst koper in de zon, warm zeewater met witte peper en zeezout.
Afdronk: Zilte turfrook, met meer zoet tropisch fruit in combinatie met as en zeezout.
