Stiuireadair is het Gaelic woord voor Stuurman en verwijst naar de bootsmannen die vroeger met hun kleine bootjes over de Bunnahabhain Bay voeren. Neus: Rood fruit en karamel met zeezout, vanille, noten en wat kruiden Smaak: Rond en zacht van inzet, zoet en zout tegelijk.

Neus: zilt en zout met donkere turf en opvliegend zeewater. Eucalyptus en menthol verwarmen de neus nog meer. Smaak: rijk met een combinatie van witte kruiden en meer turfrook. Ook hier zijn de zoute invloeden prominent aanwezig.
