Stiuireadair is het Gaelic woord voor Stuurman. Het lijkt erop dat deze ditilleerderij het ons per nieuwe botteling moeilijker wil maken om de naam goed uit te spreken danwel juist te spellen.

Neus: zilt en zout met donkere turf en opvliegend zeewater. Eucalyptus en menthol verwarmen de neus nog meer. Smaak: rijk met een combinatie van witte kruiden en meer turfrook. Ook hier zijn de zoute invloeden prominent aanwezig.
