Gerijpt op Ex-Bourbonvaten. Een klein deel heeft een finish gekregen op Ex- Amontillado sherryvaten. Delicate Single Malt met tonen van zacht fruit (perzik, mandarijn), wilde bloemen, kokos en vanille.

Nose : The Demerara sugars give off a whiff of sweet fragrances, with a hint of cinnamon, dash of honey and faint spices. Palate :Sweet and spice and all things nice, make this Single Malt.

Wolfburn is afkomstig uit het stadje Thurso, gelegen in het uiterste noorden van Schotland. De Wolfburn distilleerderij was al actief sinds 1821, maar heeft jarenlang stil gelegen. In 2013 is de distilleerderij weer heropend.
